Cookies and Cream Protein Mug Cake

Serve 1 (4” ramekin)

1 scoop Fuego cookies and cream protein powder
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp splenda
¼ tsp baking powder
3 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp liquid egg whites
For Frosting
1½ tbsp fat-free cream cheese
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp Splenda


1. Lightly grease a ramekin or coffee mug with oil.2. Mix all together cake ingredients in a small bowl, then add wet ingredients. Mix
until well-combined.
3. Pour into a mug or ramekin and microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool
4. Mix all frosting ingredients, then pour over the mug cake.
5. You can use any topping as you wish
